Because It Matters offers a speaker's bureau for any civic or community group who would like to learn more about the initiative. Our speaker's bureau features trained community volunteers who perceive Because It Matters as an exciting way to make a difference in our community. These volunteers were some of the very first in the community to answer the invitation to discuss the work of Daniel Goleman, Robert Putnam, P.M Forni and others in the context of how we could work together to enhance the quality of life on the Gulf Coast.  Our Because It Matters volunteers are committed to the concept that when we work together we are Better Together.
